Zhengzhou Caihua Kiln Masonry Installation Co., Ltd. (CH Refractories) is located in the beautiful Xinmi City, southwest of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Adjacent to the Beijing-Guangzhou and Longhai railway lines, our facility enjoys exceptional transportation access and proximity to abundant domestic refractory raw materials and coal reserves.
Founded in 1984, CH Refractories employs 1,281 staff, including 158 with intermediate and higher technical titles and 38 with senior technical titles. As a leading refractory manufacturer, we have established stable technical cooperation with Luoyang Refractories Research Institute, Zhengzhou University High Temperature Research Institute, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Northeastern University, and Anshan Iron and Steel Institute.
Our facility operates 2 sets of 1,000-ton brick press, 4 sets of 630-ton brick press, 14 units of 400-ton brick press, 22 units of 315-ton brick press, 2 units of 160-ton brick press, and 8 units of 60-ton brick press. Sintering equipment includes 1 high-temperature shuttle kiln, 2 high-temperature 180m tunnel kilns, 1 high-temperature 120m tunnel kiln, and 1 medium-temperature tunnel kiln — supported by a complete set of refractory testing equipment. This vertical integration enables our refractory manufacturer to deliver consistent quality and long service life across all refractory products.

These production lines are equipped with advanced machinery: microcomputer-controlled auto batching systems, heavy-duty forming equipment (1000-ton and 2500-ton presses), a 111-meter high-temperature tunnel kiln, and other specialized automated tools. To guarantee uncompromised product excellence, we implement a strict ‘dual verification’ system — combining precision automated inspections with rigorous manual sorting. Finally, all products are secured in export-grade packaging and staged in our large-capacity warehouse, ensuring safe and rapid global delivery.
