The CH-JZ55 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 55% for general demand smelting rotary kiln service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.3 g/cm3, Modulus of Rupture minimum 8 MPa, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 50 MPa, Thermal Shock Resistance minimum 30 cycles at 900 °C water cooling, and Maximum Service Temperature 1300 °C. The CH-JZ60 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 65% for higher-demand smelting rotary kiln service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.4 g/cm3, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 60 MPa, and Maximum Service Temperature 1350 °C. The CH-JZ75 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 75% for high-demand smelting rotary kiln service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.6 g/cm3, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 70 MPa, and Maximum Service Temperature 1400 °C.
