Products Overview

Our Refractory Spray Coating Material is an aluminum-silicon series refractory product engineered for high temperature pipeline and flue system service. The product family can be light, medium, or heavy grade according to user requirements. The material has certain adhesion, low rebound rate, and high strength, mainly used in high temperature pipelines and flue systems of kiln furnaces such as blast furnaces and hot blast stoves, with stable performance and long service life.

The Refractory Spray Coating Material product family is offered in two engineering-proven PTL chemistry grades. The CH-PTL40 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 40% for general blast furnace and hot blast stove pipeline service, with Bulk Density minimum 1.0 g/cm3 after 1300 °C burning, Refractoriness minimum 1530 °C, and Application Temperature 1200 to 1300 °C. The CH-PTL45 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 45% for higher-demand blast furnace and hot blast stove pipeline service, with Bulk Density minimum 1.95 g/cm3 after 1300 °C burning, Refractoriness minimum 1610 °C, and Application Temperature 1200 to 1400 °C. Both grades deliver Permanent Linear Change ±1.0 percent after firing, Modulus of Rupture minimum 4.0 to 4.4 MPa after 110 °C drying and minimum 0.5 MPa after hot forming.

Sourced from our Xinmi City, Zhengzhou, Henan, China facility, each Refractory Spray Coating Material grade is engineered to ASTM, GB/T, and ISO refractory standards.
