The CH-YKJZ70 grade features Al₂O₃ content minimum 70% for general rotary kiln door service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.6 g/cm³ after 110 °C curing for 24 hours, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 80 MPa after 110 °C curing for 24 hours and minimum 90 MPa after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, Modulus of Rupture minimum 10 MPa after 110 °C curing for 24 hours and minimum 11 MPa after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, Permanent Linear Change ±0.5 percent after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, and Maximum Service Temperature 1600 °C. The CH-YKJZ75 grade features Al₂O₃ content minimum 75% for higher-demand rotary kiln door service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.7 g/cm³, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 90 to 100 MPa, and Modulus of Rupture minimum 12 to 13 MPa.
