Products Overview

Our Phosphate brick is a high-performance refractory product engineered for cement kiln transition zone, kiln mouth, kiln door cover, and cooler inner lining service. Phosphate refractory bricks are characterized by four points: higher strength and good wear resistance, good chemical resistance (alkali resistance better than clay bricks and high alumina bricks), good thermal shock resistance, and high load softening temperature. Therefore, it is often used in the transition zone of the rotary kiln, the kiln mouth, the kiln door cover, the lining of the cooler and other parts of the refractory brick that are easy to loose and fall.

The Phosphate brick product family is offered in three engineering-proven chemistry grades. The CH-PZ75 grade (Phosphate combined wear-resistant brick) features Al2O3 content minimum 75%, Fe2O3 content maximum 2.1%, Refractoriness minimum 1770 °C, Bulk Density minimum 2.7 g/cm3, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 70 MPa, Refractoriness Under Load minimum 1350 °C at 0.2 MPa, and Thermal Shock Resistance minimum 20 cycles at 1100 °C for general cement kiln transition zone service. The CH-PA75 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 75%, Fe2O3 content maximum 2.1%, Refractoriness minimum 1770 °C, Bulk Density minimum 2.75 g/cm3, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 75 MPa, Refractoriness Under Load minimum 1300 °C, and Thermal Shock Resistance minimum 20 cycles for higher-demand cement kiln transition zone service. The CH-PT80 grade (Special phosphate brick) features Al2O3 content minimum 80%, Fe2O3 content maximum 1.8%, Refractoriness minimum 1790 °C, Bulk Density minimum 2.9 g/cm3 (Heavy Part), Cold Crushing Strength minimum 80 MPa, Refractoriness Under Load minimum 1520 °C for highest-demand cement kiln service, with a Lightweight Part option featuring Al2O3 content minimum 55% and Bulk Density minimum 1 g/cm3 for insulated cement kiln lining service.

Sourced from our Xinmi City, Zhengzhou, Henan, China facility, each Phosphate brick grade is engineered to ASTM, GB/T, and ISO refractory standards.
