Our High-strength wear-resistant refractory plastic is a high-performance refractory plastic product engineered for CFB boiler furnace door cover and anti-wear lining service in power and petrochemical industry. Wear-resistant refractory plastic, which is made of special grade alumina, mullite, corundum, silicon carbide as aggregate and matrix material, mixed by adding binder, additive and plasticizer. The high-strength wear-resistant refractory plastic has high strength, good wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and plasticity, long shelf life, and convenient construction and oven. The refractory plastic is applicable to the anti-wear lining of various CFB boilers, and is an ideal material for repairing the furnace, which can shorten the oven time.
The High-strength wear-resistant refractory plastic product family is offered in three engineering-proven KSL chemistry grades. The CH-KSL68 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 68% for general CFB boiler anti-wear lining service, with Refractoriness minimum 1790 °C, Bulk Density minimum 2.5 g/cm3, Modulus of Rupture minimum 10 MPa after 110 °C drying for 24 hours and minimum 12 MPa after 1100 °C firing for 3 hours, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 50 MPa after 110 °C drying for 24 hours and minimum 80 MPa after 1100 °C firing for 3 hours, Normal Wear maximum 10 cm3, Thermal Conductivity 1.5 W/m.k, Thermal Shock Resistance minimum 30 cycles at 900 °C water cooling, Plasticity Index 15-40 percent, and Maximum Service Temperature 1500 °C. The CH-KSL72 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 72% for higher-demand CFB boiler anti-wear lining service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.6 g/cm3, Modulus of Rupture minimum 11-13 MPa depending on curing/firing condition, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 60-90 MPa depending on curing/firing condition, Normal Wear maximum 9 cm3, and Maximum Service Temperature 1550 °C. The CH-KSL75 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 75% for highest-demand CFB boiler anti-wear lining service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.7 g/cm3, Modulus of Rupture minimum 12-18 MPa depending on curing/firing condition, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 65-95 MPa depending on curing/firing condition, Normal Wear maximum 8 cm3, and Maximum Service Temperature 1600 °C.
