Products Overview

Our Anchor brick is a high-performance refractory product engineered for industrial furnace roof and suspended lining service. Anchor brick is produced with the same material of lining castables and characterized with good thermal shock resistance and high strength. It is used at furnace roof and shows good performance for industrial furnace service.

The Anchor brick product family is offered in two engineering-proven MG chemistry grades. The CH-MG48 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 48% for general industrial furnace roof and suspended lining service, with Refractoriness minimum 1730 °C, Bulk Density minimum 2.30 g/cm3, Apparent Porosity maximum 21 percent, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 45 MPa, and Permanent Linear Change maximum 0.5 percent after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours. The CH-MG55 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 55% for higher-demand industrial furnace roof and suspended lining service, with Refractoriness minimum 1750 °C, Bulk Density minimum 2.35 g/cm3, Apparent Porosity maximum 22 percent, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 50 MPa, and Permanent Linear Change maximum 0.5 percent after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours.

Sourced from our Xinmi City, Zhengzhou, Henan, China facility, each Anchor brick grade is engineered to ASTM, GB/T, and ISO refractory standards.
