Application Industry: Refractories for Cement Industry
Application Equipment: Cement Kiln Cyclone Preheater Cutting Slope, Rising Flue, and Preheater Cone
Size: Custom anti-crust castable geometry per cement kiln service design (free engineering on request)
Products Overview
Our Anti-crust castable is a high-performance refractory product engineered for cement kiln cyclone preheater and preheater cone service. In the high temperature state, the anti-crust castable forms a glaze layer on the surface of the material, preventing the penetration of the glass phase in the cement raw material, thereby playing an anti-skinning effect. The material is mainly used for the easy skinning of the cyclone preheater cutting slope, rising flue, preheater cone and other parts.
The Anti-crust castable product family is offered in two engineering-proven KJZL chemistry grades. The CH-KJZL55 grade features SiC+SiO2 content minimum 55% for general cement kiln cyclone preheater anti-crust service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.4 g/cm3 after 110 °C curing for 24 hours, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 60 MPa after 110 °C curing for 24 hours and minimum 70 MPa after 1100 °C firing for 3 hours, Modulus of Rupture minimum 8 MPa after 110 °C curing for 24 hours and minimum 9 MPa after 1100 °C firing for 3 hours, Permanent Linear Change ±0.4 percent after 1100 °C firing for 3 hours, and Maximum Service Temperature 1300 °C. The CH-KJZL60 grade features SiC+SiO2 content minimum 60% for higher-demand cement kiln cyclone preheater anti-crust service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.5 g/cm3, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 70 to 80 MPa, Modulus of Rupture minimum 10 to 11 MPa, and Maximum Service Temperature 1400 °C. Both grades feature good volume stability for cyclone preheater anti-crust service.
Sourced from our Xinmi City, Zhengzhou, Henan, China facility, each Anti-crust castable grade is engineered to ASTM, GB/T, and ISO refractory standards.
