Products Overview

Our High temperature binder is a high-performance refractory adhesive product engineered for industrial furnace masonry joints and refractory brick lining service. The high-temperature adhesives are divided into two categories: gas-hardness and thermo-hardness, and there are light and heavy two kinds for each categories. According to the requirements of masonry materials, high-temperature adhesives of corresponding materials are selected. The high temperature binder has the characteristics of high bonding strength, good corrosion resistance, small masonry joints, good overall structure of the masonry and convenient construction for industrial furnace service.

The High temperature binder product family is offered in four engineering-proven GNJ chemistry grades. The GNJ42 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 42% for general industrial furnace masonry service, with Modulus of Rupture minimum 1 MPa after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, and Maximum Service Temperature 1450 °C. The GNJ32 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 32% for light-type industrial furnace masonry service, with Modulus of Rupture minimum 1 MPa after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, and Maximum Service Temperature 1450 °C. The GNJ46 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 46% for high-demand industrial furnace masonry service, with Modulus of Rupture minimum 1 MPa after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, and Maximum Service Temperature 1600 °C. The GNJ36 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 36% for high-demand light-type industrial furnace masonry service, with Modulus of Rupture minimum 1 MPa after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, and Maximum Service Temperature 1600 °C.

Sourced from our Xinmi City, Zhengzhou, Henan, China facility, each High temperature binder grade is engineered to ASTM, GB/T, and ISO refractory standards.
