This product has high thermal strength, strong wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature volume stability, effectively extending the service life of CFB boilers. The refractory castable can be used for the wear lining of various CFB boilers, with stable quality and good engineering performance.
The Corundum-mullite high-strength wear-resistant refractory castable product family is offered in four engineering-proven MJZ chemistry grades. The CH-MJZ70 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 70% and SiO2 content maximum 26% for general CFB boiler anti-wear lining service, with Bulk Density minimum 2.7 g/cm3 after 110 °C drying for 24 hours, Modulus of Rupture minimum 8.5 MPa after 110 °C drying for 24 hours, minimum 11.5 MPa after 1100 °C firing for 3 hours, and minimum 13.0 MPa after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 60 MPa after 110 °C drying for 24 hours, minimum 90 MPa after 1100 °C firing for 3 hours, and minimum 90 MPa after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, Normal Wear maximum 7.5 cm3, Refractoriness Under Load minimum 1450 °C at 0.2 MPa, Thermal Shock Resistance minimum 25 cycles at 900 °C water cooling, Permanent Linear Change maximum 0.3 percent after 1400 °C firing for 3 hours, and Maximum Service Temperature 1600 °C.
