Our High alumina brick is a high-performance refractory product engineered for small and medium-sized blast furnace, hot blast stove, and other industrial kiln service. This series of products is characterized by special grade aluminum bauxite clinker as the main raw material, supplemented by special additives, high pressure forming and high temperature firing. It has the characteristics of large heat storage capacity and small creep rate. Applicable to small and mediumsized blast furnace supporting hot blast stove and other industrial kiln.
The High alumina brick product family is offered in four engineering-proven LZ chemistry grades. The CH-LZ75 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 75% for highest-demand industrial kiln service, with Cold Crushing Strength minimum 54 MPa at normal temperature, Apparent Porosity maximum 23 percent, Load Softening Temperature minimum 1520 °C, Permanent Linear Change plus or minus 0.1-0.4 percent after 1500 °C drying for 2 hours, and Refractoriness minimum 1790 °C. The CH-LZ65 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 65% for high-demand industrial kiln service, with Cold Crushing Strength minimum 49 MPa at normal temperature, Apparent Porosity maximum 23 percent, Load Softening Temperature minimum 1500 °C, Permanent Linear Change plus or minus 0.1-0.4 percent after 1500 °C drying for 2 hours, and Refractoriness minimum 1790 °C. The CH-LZ55 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 55% for general demand industrial kiln service, with Cold Crushing Strength minimum 44 MPa at normal temperature, Apparent Porosity maximum 22 percent, Load Softening Temperature minimum 1470 °C, Permanent Linear Change plus or minus 0.1-0.4 percent after 1500 °C drying for 2 hours, and Refractoriness minimum 1770 °C.
