Products Overview
Our Castables for Working Layer is a high-quality monolithic castable product engineered for ladle bottom and sidewall lining service. The product family is manufactured from high-purity corundum, magnesium aluminate spinel, and fused MgO as the main aggregates, by superfine powder bonding technology with appropriate additives, showing good placement properties, high strength, better volume stability, corrosion and abrasion resistance, and thermal shock resistance.
The Castables for Working Layer product family is offered in four engineering-proven GBJ chemistry grades. The CH-GBJ88 grade features alumina content minimum 88% and magnesia content 3%-10% for large-and medium-size ladles. The CH-GBJ85 grade features alumina content minimum 85% and magnesia content 3%-10% for large-and medium-size ladles. The CH-GBJ80 grade features alumina content minimum 80% and magnesia content 5%-15% for small-and medium-size ladles. The CH-GBJ75 grade features alumina content minimum 75% and magnesia content 6%-18% for small-and medium-size ladles slag zone service.
Sourced from our Xinmi City, Zhengzhou, Henan, China facility, each Castables for Working Layer grade is engineered to ASTM, GB/T, and ISO refractory standards.
