AZS Production
Our AZS (Alumina-Zirconia-Silica) products are produced in electric arc furnaces with precise chemistry control. Three grades (33#, 36%, 41%) deliver escalating zirconium oxide content for optimal corrosion resistance at 1600°C service.
For regenerator service, we recommend sillimanite brick, high alumina brick, and acid-resistant brick for alkali vapor and thermal cycling resistance.
AZS Masonry
On-site AZS block installation by experienced glass refractory masons. Pre-assembly at factory for complex shapes. Fused AZS ramming mass and zirconium corundum castable provide optimal glass compatibility for feeder channels and throat areas.
