Our Ceramic fiber board is a high-performance refractory product engineered for kiln, furnace, ceramic kiln fire blocking, and process glass mould service. This product is made from refractory fiber by adding suitable binders through wet suction vacuum molding process. It has good performance on size, roughness, and radian, and has the characteristics on high strength, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance and spalling resistance. It can be easily cut and installed, and can widely be used for kiln, furnace, and other high temperature equipment.
The Ceramic fiber board product family is offered in five engineering-proven XWK chemistry grades. The CH-XWK40 grade features Aluminum silicate material with Al2O3 content 40-44% and Al2O3+SiO2 content minimum 94% for general high-temperature kiln insulation service, with Fe2O3 content maximum 1.2 percent, Na2O+K2O content maximum 0.5 percent, Service Temperature maximum 1000 °C, Volume Density 200-600 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity maximum 0.14 W/m.k at 600 °C and maximum 0.18 W/m.k at 800 °C, Heating Shrinkage maximum 1.5 percent after 900 °C drying for 24 hours, and General Size 600mm by 400mm by 10-50mm or 900mm by 600mm by 10-50mm. The CH-XWK45 grade features Aluminum silicate material with Al2O3 content 44-46% and Al2O3+SiO2 content minimum 97% for higher-demand high-temperature kiln insulation service, with Fe2O3 content maximum 1.0 percent, Na2O+K2O content maximum 0.5 percent, Service Temperature maximum 1000 °C, Volume Density 200-600 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity maximum 0.14 W/m.k at 600 °C and maximum 0.18 W/m.k at 800 °C, Heating Shrinkage maximum 1.5 percent after 1000 °C drying for 24 hours, and General Size 600mm by 400mm by 10-50mm or 900mm by 600mm by 10-50mm.
