Our Ceramic fiber castable is a high-performance refractory castable product engineered for heating furnace, reforming furnace, hydrogen furnace, firing block, burning block, burner block, and molten aluminum collector and groove service. Castable refractory ceramic fiber is produced with refractory fiber and binder as the main raw materials, and has the characteristics of good flowability, easy installation, low bulk density, low conductivity, high strength, and volume stability. It is an ideal material for kiln and furnace lining, and widely used in heating furnace, reforming furnace, hydrogen furnace, firing block, burning block, and molten aluminum collector and groove.

The Ceramic fiber castable product family is offered in five engineering-proven XWC chemistry grades. The CH-XWC06 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 20% and Al2O3+SiO2 content minimum 80% for general industrial furnace lining service, with Bulk Density maximum 600 g/cm3 after 110 °C drying for 24 hours, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 1.0 MPa, Thermal Conductivity maximum 0.16 W/m.k at 350 °C, Permanent Linear Change maximum 1.0 percent after 600 °C firing for 3 hours, Service Temperature 600 °C, Cure Time maximum 10 hours, and General Size 25kg/bag. The CH-XWC08 grade features Al2O3 content minimum 25% and Al2O3+SiO2 content minimum 80% for higher-demand industrial furnace lining service, with Bulk Density maximum 800 g/cm3 after 110 °C drying for 24 hours, Cold Crushing Strength minimum 2.0 MPa, Thermal Conductivity maximum 0.18 W/m.k at 600 °C, Permanent Linear Change maximum 1.0 percent after 600 °C firing for 3 hours, Service Temperature 800 °C, Cure Time maximum 10 hours, and General Size 25kg/bag.
